THE STUDY OF THE PECULIARITIES OF THE MECHANIZED ELECTRIC ARC CLADDING WITH PERIODIC VARIATION OF THE MODES OF THE PROCESS

Purpose. Research of the influence modulation arc processes on characteristics clad metal with revealing dependences chemical composition and geometrical dimensions parameters, as well development mathematical models these purpose predicting results to improve quality deposited layers.
 Methods research. Well-known methods surfacing research were used:
 spectral analysis composition, metallographic obtained samples cross-sections cladding rolls. Special computerized programs used measure geometric roll. regression in order obtain generalized dependencies elements parameters.
 Results. In process electric-arc electrode flux-cored self-shielded wire, carbon, chromium boron content, width, amplification penetration cross-sectional area frequency duty cycle parameters obtained. Method description effect shape weld bead was developed.
